My last rads for hip and knee bone mets was completed yesterday and the pain is now about 95% gone, I'm walking alot better but still using a cane for stability for now.  Later this month it's back to chemo which if scans show no organ involvement will probably be gemzar/carbo regimen.

My question is I want to start taking a supplement that contains calcium, magnesum, zinc and D3 in one gel capsule.  I tried calcium tablets the in past but they have always constipated me badly.  Do you think this is ok to take even once chemo resumes?   I read the "cutting edge" regarding supplements  but I always wonder if these are ok while on chemo or not.

Hi, I am so glad you are done and so much better!
I have wondered about how you were doing!
The trick with calcium is to take it with Magnesium, that makes you "go" instead of constipate.
I hope that helps!
big hugs,
g
