Mix in a ziplock bag and keep on hand.

Garlic and Herb Seasoning Mix

2 Tbsp marjoram
2 Tbsp oregano
2 Tbsp rosemary
2 Tbsp basil
2 Tbsp parsley flakes
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp thyme
1 Tbsp salt
2 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp black pepper

Combine all and seal in ziploc.

This garlic herb mixture is similar to one of the Mrs. Dash blends I do believe.  You can use it in stews, on chicken, fish, casseroles.  I have even sprinkled some in creamy cucumbers.

I also have a recipe for Homemade Dry Onion Soup and Homemade Italian Seasonings that you can mix and keep on hand if you are interested.

I have a recipe somewhere for garlic herb baked chicken breasts.  I think you mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic/herb seasonings, salt/pepper, and a little creole seasoning.  I can't remember how much of each though.
