Liz,
I turned it already back to the library and I don't even remember the exact title....my bad....chemo brain is my excuse....... It was fairly recent and not written by a doc and not criticed by a doc....some phd psychologist I think on the back said it is good.

A few things in there did not make "sense". The overall aproach was to eat more natural and not processed - which we all know is good. To much weight etc. is not good, we know already, so by not eating processed foods, you'll lose weight....and so on. Talked about supplements too.

Since we are so educated here "THANK YOU CONSTANTINE"  I thought some of it was old news and some even inaccurate.

I did not read the whole thing, since I did not seem to learn "something new".
You might find it just by googleing, if not I'll be glad to go back and find out for you.....but it is not worth your time.

Btw,
I do look forward to purchasing Constantine's book (signed copy of course) when it comes available.

Thanks so much Calico,

I just ordered it.  I am always looking for information on anti-estrogenic food that I should be eating and trying to find info on what food, cosmetics, etc with estrogenic properties I should avoid.

I am going to be at CTCA Sept 15-18.  I am sure I will find time to meet with my naturopath at some point.

Burning questions, anybody?

Fancy, the next time you go, can you ask about COq10? Does it help with the side effects of chemo-arthritis?
Thanks.
Penny

I will ask, Penny, butn I think now.  Have you tried glucosamine and chondroitin?  That's very good for joint problems.
