Thank you, Gina...
I think about something, and there it is... !!!  You are amazing, dear friend!
My wrist is swelling, at first was about the size of a half peach or avacado... wondering if it's Lymphedema... or something else.  I have odd swelling elsewhere~ seems to travel around.  Hands have been swollen, shoulders, joints, and feet... could this be an extension of neuropathy?  I need to have a physician look at it, and don't know where to begin?
How are you feeling, G?  Think about you all the time!  Love & Hugs!!!
Love,
Indi

Hey, Gina, question for you. Do you recommend a sleeve for flying on airplanes?

Hello Cynt,
Yes, I do recommend that. If not a sleeve, then have an LE specialist teach you how to wrap. I used to have a pictorial on this on the main website, but one day I hit the wrong button while updating the site and deleted it. Been meaning to reconstruct it!

Well, I spoke with a LE therapist, who said, on the theory that any compression is better than none, and the fact that my arm lymphedema is sub-clinical, but the lymph on my breast is noticeable (but seems not to ever get worse or better), that I should perhaps wear my compression shirt, my under armor, I think it's called. She said something about compression only being 15 for that, vs. I think 35-40 for a sleeve, but because it is all over, I think it could be better than a sleeve. Any thoughts?

Yes, I think you are better off with the shirt if you have truncal LE as well.
