2 cans tuna in water, flaked

1 c non-fat plain yogurt

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp curry powder

½ c raisins

1 red apple chopped

1 green apple chopped

½ c walnuts chopped

Pocket bread and lettuce

 

Combine all ingredients.  Chill for 1 hr.

Line pocket bread with lettuce

Fill with tuna-apple salad

Just a quick note.  I made the tuna salad recipe with salmon.  Just as good.

Michele,

I am glad you liked the fruity tuna salad.  Did you see the dip recipe I posted under vegan recipes non-soy.  I haven't tried this yet but it sounds good.
