Gina,

How much flaxseed do you suggest each day?  I remember you talking about taking it and watching your fat grams? 45 mg. a day, right?
And what do you put the flaxseed in??? Need suggestions about it and can you just take flaxseed like a vitamin instead?  Would that be equivalent?   Any other nutritional suggestions about being triple negative.  I know no sugar is very important as well as watching fat intake.  I am exercising 30 minutes a day too.

THANKS!!!!!  I am feeling a little better each day.  How are you feeling?  I didn't think it would take as long as it has to recuperate from the radiation.  I still get so tired and it has almost been 2 months now that I have been finished!

Hi Cheryl honey!
I am sorry I am late responding. I am a little under the weather and have not been online.

I took about 3 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds and sprinkled them on my cereal in the morning. They have a nice, nutty flavor. But work up slowly because they are fiber and your system needs to adjust to them. Fresh ground flaxseeds are the best.
You can buy the stone ground ones in a vaccum sealed bag in the health food store and once you open it, keep it in the freezer. OR you can buy whole flaxseeds and put them in a grinder, like a little Krups coffee grinder, just before you use them.

They have lingands which attack the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptors that are in great number on triple negative cancer cells.

As far as the fat content- I consumed no more than 30 grams a day. let me tel you, that is not easy. One tablespoon of olive oil has 14 grams of fat.
Read your labels. Make things fresh, yourself. And avoid things like grilled veggies in restaurants because they are saturated in fat.

I did these two things and have been tripleneg free since 2001.

Thanks for this great info.  I just ordered some ground flaxseed from Amazon.com.  Being overseas sometimes it's easier that way with the language barrier.  I'm on my way to the gym now.

I'm fighting all the way for my life!  I feel so encouraged by all my TN sisters.
